What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
At Nspire Wellness Coaching, the distinction between therapy and coaching lies in the approach and focus. While therapy typically delves into the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders, often exploring past traumas and unresolved issues, my 1:1 coaching is geared towards personal growth, goal setting, and fostering positive change in the present and future.
What types of problems can I help with?
I am equipped to provide guidance and support for a wide range of challenges and personal development goals faced by teens and young adults. These challenges may include but are not limited to issues related to self-esteem, confidence, stress management, goal-setting, communication skills, relationships, resilience-building, time management, and personal growth. Whether its overcoming obstacles, managing emotions, or achieving personal milestones, I’m here to empower my clients to develop the skills and mindset needed to thrive in today’s complex world.
What is your confidentiality policy?
We pride ourselves on our discretion and confidentiality.
Anything the client says during a session or via any other communication is kept confidential between the client and coach unless they mention hurting themselves or others or breaking the law, at which point the emergency contact on file will be contacted. My confidentiality policy allows our clients to be vulnerable, raw and authentic.
Why is there a minimum 3-month commitment?
The minimum three-month service agreement at Nspire Wellness Coaching is in place to foster strong, long-term relationships between the coach and client.
Personal growth, self-discovery, and positive transformation take time. I believe that sustained support over an extended period is essential for achieving meaningful and lasting change. This commitment ensures that clients are able to delve deeply into their personal development journey, build trust and rapport and implement the tools and strategies they learn effectively.
Is your coaching online or in person?
All of our sessions are done as face-to-face video chats on Google Meet.
